here's an easy recipe with parsley, which they say help to freshen your dog's breath

Parsley Meatballs

1 pound ground turkey or other meat
1 egg
1 Tsp. chopped parsley

Optional:
Add Cheese
Chopped Veggies

Directions: Mix all the ingredients together and shape into meatballs. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until browned. Let cool and serve. Your dog will worship you. Depending on size of meatballs, should make about 15. You can freeze them too.

FOR TEETH CLEANING TREATS

I use 1 cup skim milk, 2 cups all purpose flour, 1 beef cubes or you can use fresh beef stock, water.

Mix all dry ingredients together. If your using beef cubes, dilute it in a cup of warm water. Mix well. I simply add morewater to reach the desired cookie texture.

Oven baked or better yet use a oven toaster, takes 15-30mins to cook, depending on temperature. (Temp, you can simply just adjust to your desire)

Cool down. I usually let it cool in the ref, to make it a little hard.
Serve! Cleans your dogs teeth and its inexpensive.

8 eggs
1 cup oat meal
1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Using electric mixer, blend all items together until completely blended. Pour into an oblong cake pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake in oven at 350 for 25- 35 minutes. Allow to cool. Carefully invert on to plate and frost with non-fat sour cream or imitation potato topping. Store leftovers in refrigerator. =+
