I have encountered this before. My dog developed what looked like blood clots in his eyes, then noticed them in the skin around his neck, and head area.

He was bleeding internally, and we rushed him to the vet. Where he fought for his life, but lost the struggle only 1 day later. :rip:

He had a Vitamin K problem...and slowly was bleeding to death.

I would have a CBC done to make sure your dog's count is up...if we would have caught our dogs problem sooner via CBC, he may have been able to get a total blood transfusion to save him...unfortunately, he only displayed signs at the very end. :(

Yep, he was a 3 year old Philippine Champion that I purchased only weeks before his death.

We could see he had a skin condition, but had no idea he was dying inside! We paid a lot of money for him also.
The previous owner told us that he was fine as far as he knew.

A friend of the previous owner tried to tell us something about the dog, but at the last minute changed her mind. She just left us with, please get the dogs CBC (Complete Blood Count) performed as soon as you can.

How I wish she would have told us what she knew. :(

What happened was the dog was slowly poisoned over the years by using bleach to clean them up...we found out later that it was not the first bulldog that died this way from the same owner.

Sad to say, he was a great dog and my husband loved him so. When we got him, he did not even know what a toy was...but within 1 week he was playing fetch and running around the yard like a kid again.
It rips my heart out to remember going to the vet to basically say goodbye. He stood up when he heard my voice, full of tubes and very weak...wagging his tail and licking our faces.

He died only about 1 hour after we walked out of the vets clinic.:'-(

yup... after a month month or so babalik din sa normal yun i guess... kasi ganun din sa tao... no need for medicine....

nangyari sa akin as in sa akin... sa mata ko not sa pets hahahaha

parang nasuka lang ako tapos after nun ganun na nangyari sabi nung doctor ko mawawala din daw may naputol daw na vein... hehehe
